Sanctions
–You can be sanctioned for not completing the Discovery or not completing it on time.
–Sanctions (Punishment) can include not being allowed to go forward with your case. The Court can dismiss your case and order you to pay the other party’s attorney’s fees if you do not
follow the rules and complete the
required information.
