Tickets for Driving While Intoxicated or Driving Under the Influence begins a process where two actions begin to happen. The State starts an Administrative Action to suspend your license and the Courts start an action to impose a penalty. When you receive a ticket for DWI or DUI you have 15 days until your license will be suspended by the state unless you take some action to request a hearing and fight the Administrative Suspension.
